Agreements

All sales are final at time of booking and refunds will only be issued if the chosen therapist is not present at the time of the appointment.

There will be no voluntary refunds issued, as you have booked the time of one of our therapists. If you need to reschedule your appointment, greater than 24 hours ahead of the appointment, please call the therapist directly and arrange a new appointment time. Within 24 hours, our therapists are under no obligation to reschedule the visit, as you have booked their time and they are unlikely to be able to fill it on short notice.

If your therapist does not show up to the scheduled appointment, please let us know promptly and you will have the option of applying the balance to a new appointment with the therapist of your choice or receiving a refund of the purchase price. If that occurs, please email us at support@healthshoppr.com and we will be in touch promptly to determine appropriate next steps.
